Stayed here for 1 night with my children, had an amazing stay. It was a wonderful location just next door to busses / trains, taxi and the neglected garden👍😃
The room seemed a little old.

Large and huge rooms with central heating, flat-screen television and a safe, exceptionally comfortable beds. Amazing location in quite remote area, close to the active volcano as well as the neglected garden.

There was not enough parking space available, which can be a bit of an issue for those traveling by car.

The hotel location was excellent, just a 5-minute drive to a big supermarket and near public transportation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, giving us tips on local activities. The private onsen was an unforgettable experience, with a beautiful view and a simple bathroom attached.
The futon provided for our sleep wasn't comfortable enough, and the wifi only worked in a designated area and was very slow. we found the prices during New Year's Eve to be too high for what was being offered.

I was impressed by the little touches, such as the option to choose my own yukata design, which made me feel happy and at ease. Finally, the location was perfect as it was near a convenient store and provided stunning views of the active volcano from my room's balcony.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic and I can't think of anything that could be improved.

Our thanksgiving stay was awesome! We loved the way we were treated by the staff, they were very hospitable and friendly. We also enjoyed the complementary beer and sake served during dinner. the hotel is tucked away in a peaceful area, allowing us to relax and disconnect from our usual fast-paced lifestyle. Plus, the shuttle bus provided convenience when we wanted to explore the surrounding area.
That there weren't many restaurants nearby, so we had to walk for a bit to find some decent options. the outdoor onsen wasn't as close to the hotel building as we expected.
